La Fromagerie No. 52
The iconic Lamb’s Conduit Street was the perfect neighbourhood location for the infamous La Fromagerie to open their next shop, café and bar. An elegant space with the produce at the foreground; the ground floor presents a white marble curved bar that provides both counter dining as well as a retail point for the delicious charcuterie and bakery offer. The iconic “Cheese Room” takes centre stage, providing a golden display adjacent to the shop front. Layers of deep green, azure hues adorn the panelled walls, with a voluptuous velvet banquette for diners to take solace in one of the most inviting corners of London. Subtle accents of brass pepper the space with a refined and delicate brushed brass Champagne gantry over the bar.
Downstairs the space is flexible and provides dining space as well as a perfect platform for events and workshops. The old courtyard has been transformed into a further dining area, flooded with light and revealing the original coal stores for the building.
